اگر کسی کا مسجد سے جوتا اٹھالیا گیا یو اور وہ بھی کسی اور کا جوتا پہن کر چلا آےٗ تو اس کے اس گناہ کا ازلہ کیسے ہوگا

جواب

اپنی کوئی چیز چوری ہوجائے تو اس کے بدلہ کسی دوسرے کی چیز چوری کرنا جائز نہیں ہے، اگر کسی نے ایسا کیا تو اسے بھی مکمل چوری کی سزا ملے گی، صورتِ مسئولہ میں بھی کسی دوسرے کےشوز اٹھانا چوری شمار ہوگی اسے چاہئے کہ کسی سے عارضی طور پر شوز لیکر گھر چلا جائے اور گھر سے دوسرے پہن کر وہ واپس کردے یا مسجد میں انتظار کرے اور جب سب نمازی چلیں جائیں تو دیکھے کہ اگر وہاں عوامی جگہ پر کسی کے شوز ہیں توغالب گمان ہے کہ وہ بندہ اپنے شوز چھوڑ کر چلا گیا، انہیں پہننے کی گنجائش معلوم ہوتی ہے کیونکہ اب وہ کسی کی حفاظت میں نہیں

Question
If a shoe was taken from a mosque and they were wearing the shoe of someone else, how would it be possible to recover from it?

Answer

It is not permissible to steal anything else in exchange for stealing anything else. If someone did so, he would be punished for full theft.He should temporarily leave the house with one shoe, and after wearing another from the house, he should return or wait in the mosque and when all the worshipers go, see if there is a shoe in the public place, it is assumed that he is a slave. Leaving his shoe on, he knows the potential of wearing it because he is no longer in safety.

اور جو شخص اللہ تعالٰی کی اور اس کے رسول ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) کی نافرمانی کرے اور اس کی مُقّررہ حدوں سے آگے نکلے اسے وہ جہنّم میں ڈال دے گا ، جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہے گا ، ایسوں ہی کے لئے رُسوا کُن عذاب ہے
